Returns + Faulties

FAULTY PRODUCTS
We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our
CONTACT US 
page within 24 hours.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your original payment method for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

Once you have notified us through our website that you wish to return faulty, or damaged product, you may return the product to Little House of Harlem so long as you provide valid proof of purchase eg. tax invoice, receipt and/or packaging slip.

We are not obligated by law to issue you with a refund if you change your mind.

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY
Please chose carefully and be sure to check all measurements, product details and information as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind orders.

However, in the instance that you do change your mind, we are happy to provide a store credit note.

You will need to pay applicable shipping costs for the return of the goods, in their original packaging.

Store credits are valid for 6 months and will be issued on the return of the goods. Return credit notes will be emailed to you.

All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final. These are not available to be returned for store credit.
