Due to Covid-19 please expect shipping delays with our shipping carriers.

SHIPPING COSTS

$7.95 postage fee
for small products.

$9.95 postage fee for small and medium products.

$16.95 postage fee for our large
products.

$25 flat rate fee for large, bulky orders. These will most likely been sent via Australia Post or a courier service.

For oversized, or delicate items, please email with your post code for a shipping quote before purchasing.

GOLD COAST PICK UP
Please choose the Gold Coast Pick Up option at check out. Once your order is ready for collection we will email you collection details and organise a time. 

Our collection days are Monday - Thursday.
10am - 4pm.

We appreciate parcels being collected within a week of your order being ready. If they are not collected within this time frame we will send a shipping invoice via paypal. We will not hold orders for more then two weeks.

PROCESSING ORDERS
Please allow 3 business days for us to process your order.
For restocks, new arrival launches and sales please allow 4-5 business days for parcels to be processed.

All orders will be sent with Australia Post, Sendle or a courier service.
Please allow 3-6 business days for your order to arrive.

A shipping confirmation will be sent after your order has been processed and packaged, this will include your tracking number, which can be tracked through the 
Australia Post website

We do not take any responsibility for lost or missing parcels.
