SHIPPING COSTS

$9.95 postage fee for small and medium products.

$16.95 postage fee for our large products.

$25 flat rate fee for large, bulky orders. These will most likely been sent via Australia Post or a courier service.

For oversized, or delicate items, please email with your post code for a shipping quote before purchasing. If an item is oversized and requires a shipping quote we will have this in the item description.

GOLD COAST PICK UP

If you would like to pick up your purchase from the Gold Coast this option can be selected at check out. Please only chose this option if you are a Gold Coast local and can collect within one week of your order being ready. Otherwise an email will be sent for a shipping fee. If we do not hear back from you, your order will be cancelled.

PROCESSING ORDERS

Please allow 3 business days for us to process your order.
For restocks, new arrival launches and sales please allow 4-5 business days for parcels to be processed.

All orders will be sent with Australia Post, Sendle or a courier service.
Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to arrive.

A shipping confirmation will be sent after your order has been processed and packaged, this will include your tracking number, which can be tracked through the
Australia Post website
or the Sendle Website
